# Pre- & Post- Storm

<mark style="color:red;">**NO**</mark> crime (that requires PD to be on duty to commit) can take place <mark style="color:green;">15 minutes</mark> PRE storm OR <mark style="color:green;">15 minutes</mark> POST storm (THIS INCLUDES EMERGENCY STORMS).

If you are in a chase/scene with PD when a regularly scheduled storm is taking place OR when the scene is interrupted by an emergency storm, all parties involved MUST return to an agreed place to reconvene the scene.&#x20;
