⚡Pre- & Post- Storm

NO crime (that requires PD to be on duty to commit) can take place 15 minutes PRE storm OR 15 minutes POST storm (THIS INCLUDES EMERGENCY STORMS).

If you are in a chase/scene with PD when a regularly scheduled storm is taking place OR when the scene is interrupted by an emergency storm, all parties involved MUST return to an agreed place to reconvene the scene.
