🤖NPC's as Hostages

NPC's CANNOT and should not be used as hostages

  • The only exception applies to 24/7's, LTD's, and liquor stores

BE MINDFUL:

Locals are to be treated as regular civilians (charges applied are at the officer's discretion).

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Hostage taking charges for NPC's at any of above referenced locations

  • Assault against an NPC (without reason like self-defense)

  • Running an NPC over

Murder and any HUT charges are NOT applicable laws against NPC's
