# Whitelist Gang Information

This pertains only to confirmed whitelist gangs!

* Before your WL application is accepted staff WILL review to make sure the top 3 have been IC for at least 72 hours or 2 weeks
* Any members other than the top 3 that join have to have been IC for a minimum of 24 hours or 1 week.

### EUP

If custom EUP is wanted, you have to be a WL gang for a minimum of 2 weeks. All EUP has to be approved by the EUP developer.

Once EUP is purchased and transferred to LMRP developers you are giving all rights and ownership of the EUP to LMRP which allows LMRP to use the MLO at any time without your permission for the server. \*\*If there are custom names on the items these would be removed at the EUP developers discression.

EUP gang packages can be purchased on Tebex.

### MLO

* If a MLO is wanted, you have to be a WL gang for a minimum of 2 weeks before disgussing with devs.
* If you are interested in using a specific interior (MLO) for your gang, any cost associated (IRL) to obtain this MLO must be paid for by the player requesting it. 
* Any and ALL MLO's must be approved by the LMRP developers PRIOR to purchase. If you purchase an MLO prior to approval by LMRP developers and LMRP developers decide we are unable to use said MLO, you WILL NOT be refunded any expenses you paid. 
* "Stretching’ the intended use of a business model, vanilla or custom, to incorporate a business that doesn’t align to the visual of that interior will not be accepted. (ie: interior is clearly a showroom for boats, will not be used for selling bikes as a placeholder)."
