# Offenses

## <mark style="color:red;">3 STRIKES YOU'RE OUT!</mark>&#x20;

The staff team is not here to hold your hand. It is your responsibility to not only follow LMRP server rules but also gang rules and requirements. Please read the following information on offenses carefully.&#x20;

* Gangs get 3 strikes: If a gang is reported (3+ members of the same gang in a scene) and it is a confirmed rule break(s) 3 times, they the gang <mark style="color:red;">WILL BE DISBANDED</mark>
  * There are no questions, takebacks, or whining.
  * Were all adults and it is not only each individual members responsibility but all the top 3's responsibility that ALL rules and requirements are followed.
* The following is steps took for your 3 strikes:
  * <mark style="color:yellow;">**First Offense:**</mark> Warning
  * <mark style="color:yellow;">**Second Offense:**</mark> Gang occurs a fee based on the amount of people on their roster and time in city along with a 1 week suspension from any gang activity including but not limited to repping your colors. (You will act like civilians)
  * <mark style="color:yellow;">**Third Offense:**</mark> DISBANDED
