# Beef

* Beef/wars are allowed to start from colors (<mark style="color:yellow;">make sure you are following the rules linked below)</mark>. Once whatever beef/war takes place over colors, the same groups cannot beef/war for colors with each other again.
* Beef between gangs should generally be current and is limited to a 72-hour timeframe.
* Engaging in long-standing or baseless beefs is considered low effort and discouraged.
* It is important to maintain respectful communication and roleplay during conflicts.&#x20;
  * However, there is an exception to this rule when the beef is leading up to a documented war between the gangs. In such cases, where conflicts are part of the war narrative, longer-standing disputes may occur.&#x20;
  * Nevertheless, it is still expected that all conflicts, including those leading to a war, adhere to the principles of respectful communication and roleplay.

### LEO Involvement in Beef:

* It is important to note, just because there is a war or beef between groups does not mean police cannot intervene.
* LEO's are trained to not shoot on site and will have SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) in place for responding to gang violence.
* LEO's are trained to not shoot on sight and the same must be followed by gangs as well.
