# Requirements

Failure to follow these requirements can result in in character fines, and/or loss of your business.

### Time Requirements

* Owners and Co-Owners are required to fly in for their business a minimum of 30 hours a month.
* Owner Leave of Absense: If an owner is gone on an LOA for a month or longer then the business would be handed to the co-owner.

### Offenses for <mark style="color:red;">NOT</mark> being open regularly:

1. <mark style="color:yellow;">**First Offense:**</mark> Warning
2. <mark style="color:orange;">**Second Offense:**</mark> In-Character fine issued *(failure to pay the fine in 48hrs after it is issued will result in a double fine, failure to pay the <mark style="color:blue;">double fine</mark> in 48 hours after it is issued results in a <mark style="color:blue;">triple fine</mark>, failure to pay the triple fine in 24 hours after it is issued results in loosing the business and possible in-character court RP.*
3. <mark style="color:red;">Third Offense:</mark> Business is seized and put up for sale

### Discord

If your business has a separate discord, at <mark style="color:green;">minimum one staff member</mark> is required to be invited and have a staff role with full access to see everything in the business discord.

### Employees

Every business has a max amount of employees allowed.&#x20;

* **Owner:** 1
* **Co-Owner:** 1
* **Managers:** 2
* **Staff:** 10 (*<mark style="color:yellow;">this includes trainees also</mark>*)

### Events

* <mark style="color:green;">ALL</mark> businesses are <mark style="color:red;">REQUIRED</mark> to hold at minimum **1** event every **3** months for the community
* Events are NOT governed by staff - if items are wanted/needed for your event that are NOT purchasable in-character (ie. party bus, firework launcher etc.) you must open a "Business Ticket" <mark style="color:yellow;">at least 2 weeks prior</mark> to the event.
* **Event MLO's:** If an MLO is being requested it must be approved by development and a ticket should be opened <mark style="color:yellow;">**at least 1 month prior**</mark> to the event. LMRP developers can not guarantee that pre-purchased or purchased MLO's can be used in the city. Please speak with developers before purchasing an MLO's. *\*\*Once MLO's are purchased and transferred to LMRP developers you are giving all rights and ownership of the MLO to LMRP which allows LMRP to use the MLO at any time without your permission for the server.*
