# Important Information

### MLO's

* If you are interested in using a specific interior (MLO) for your business, any cost associated (IRL) to obtain this MLO must be paid for by the player requesting it. 
* Any and ALL MLO's must be approved by the LMRP developers PRIOR to purchase. If you purchase an MLO prior to approval by LMRP developers and LMRP developers decide we are unable to use said MLO, you WILL NOT be refunded any expenses you paid. 
* Once MLO's are purchased and transferred to LMRP developers you are giving all rights and ownership of the MLO to LMRP which allows LMRP to use the MLO at any time without your permission for the server.
* "Stretching’ the intended use of a business model, vanilla or custom, to incorporate a business that doesn’t align to the visual of that interior will not be accepted. (ie: interior is clearly a showroom for boats, will not be used for selling bikes as a placeholder)."

### EUP

After 2 weeks of owning the buisness and being open regularly with no offenses:

* Each business can have 2 EUP items for each male and female with one design for each EUP item chose. These options are:
  * Shirts, pants, hat or accessories 
  * *If it is a mechanics outfit: The pant and shirt would count as 1 EUP item*
* The EUP item you have the option for as a business comes from our business pack only. 
* Discuss with the EUP staff on designs and what items you want in your Business Ticket.
* Additional business EUP can be purchased on the Tebex. 

### Cars

After 1 month of owning the business and being open regularly with no offenses:

* You are responsible for purchasing a vehicle for your business. 
* If you would like a livery for your business vehicle (max 2 vehicles - same livery) please open a "Business Ticket" in the Discord. 

### Restaurant Items

After 1 month of owning the business and being open regularly with no offenses you have the following options:

* Modify names of menu items
* Change menu items (Up to 3 items every 6 months as long as your business is in good standing order)
* Change more then 3 menu items every 6 months for a cost on Tebex
* Change items on your menu anytime past your 1 month limit of owning the business for a cost on Tebex.
* Add additional items at anytime past your 1 month limit of owning the business for a cost on Tebex.
