NM01.1 - Participating in a Riot

The crime of “rioting” or “participating in a riot” occurs when two (2) or more people acting together do any of the following without authority of law: use force of violence, disturb the public peace, and threaten to use force or violence with immediate power to execute such actions.

Can not be stacked with NM01.
