Possessing, being within immediate control of, or using unlawfully obtained Government Equipment, including but not limited to: ifaks, handcuff key, nikon, sdcard, test kits, breathalyzer, fingerprint reader, mikrosil, fingerprint tape, blox, chain locker, barricade, and/or flare.
