Minor willful disobedience to, or disregard of, a court order or any misconduct in the presence of a court, including but not limited to:

  1. Any act of disrespect, disobedience, defiance, or interference by any person during a legal proceeding.

  2. Willfully failing to preform a specific act in accordance with a valid court order.
