# GF18 -  Money/Gold

### <mark style="color:orange;">GF18 -</mark> <mark style="color:orange;"></mark><mark style="color:orange;">**Possession of Marked Money**</mark>

A person that has possession of marked money which amounts to over $15,001 in which was earned through an illegal activity and otherwise legal income that is not recorded for ta purposes.

### <mark style="color:orange;">GF18.1 -</mark> <mark style="color:orange;"></mark><mark style="color:orange;">**Possession of Black Money**</mark>

A person that has possession of marked money which amounts to under $15,000 in which was earned through an illegal activity and otherwise legal income that is not recorded for ta purposes.

A person that has possession of 4 or more gold bars in which was earned through an illegal activity and otherwise legal income that is not recorded for ta purposes.
