A05 - Violating a Prohibited Airspace Order
Intentionally entering or remaining in Prohibited Airspace as designated by the San Andreas Aviation Administration.
Emergency or San Andreas State Government aircraft are exempt from Prohibited Airspace Orders unless specified otherwise by the San Andreas Aviation Administration. Military aircraft do not require any clearance to enter Prohibited Airspace.
Aircraft responding to emergency situations may violate Prohibited Airspace Orders, but must make every effort to inform the relevant Air Traffic Controller.

A05. - Disobeying a Grounding Order
Piloting any aircraft while an individual is placed under an active grounding order.
A grounding order shall be defined as an order specifically given by the San Andreas Aviation Administration (SAAA) that prevents a pilot from operating specific or all aircraft. Grounding orders may either be permanent, or set to expire after a set date.
