# A02 - Disrupting Airport/Aircraft Operations

### <mark style="color:orange;">A02 -</mark> <mark style="color:orange;"></mark><mark style="color:orange;">**Disrupting Airport/Aircraft Operations**</mark>

Any person(s), with the exception of emergency response personnel or aircraft calling an emergency, disrupting the functional operations of an airport or air facilities, including access or operation of:

* San Andreas Aviation Administration registered aircraft, mechanics, or pilots.
* San Andreas Aviation Administration air traffic controllers, personnel, or registered vehicles.
* Airport facilities, including but not limited to: parking, terminals, fueling, and mechanical areas, as well as taxiways, helipads, runways, or towers.
* Other registered facilities for aircraft operation, such as helipads, designated by the San Andreas Aviation Administration.
* Emergency, San Andreas State Government, or Military facilities.
