Contraband & Forfeiture Act

Any Vehicle, Narcotics or Weapon that is used, or Possessed, in the commission of a Offense is subject to be seized by Local, State or Federal LEO. If used in commission of a Felony, the state has no obligation to return the Weapon, Vehicle or Narcotics to the possessor.
